Juice Fasting Recipes
Spice Up Your Detox Program

Before proceeding to discuss about juice fasting recipes, it is important that you get hold of a good juicer. It is not a blender or an orange juice squeezer. Investing in a good juicer will help you to benefit from this whole process of juice fasting. It simply equates to investing into your health. High quality juicers use high-powered brush motors with powerful centrifugal force to extract the juice efficiently as well as giving you the pulps from the fruits and juice.

These are the essence of the fruits and vegetables that contains high amounts of vitamins and polyphenols. It would be pointless if your juice does not retain the benefits from this detox program.

Apple-Celery:

  • 2 apples that are seeded
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • ¼ of lemon
  • Add some ice

Tomatoe Juice

  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • ½ red bell pepper
  • Add small amounts of onion or garlic cloves
  • 1 piece of carrot or 1 stalk of celery

Beet Juice

  • 1 beet
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 piece of carrot (you can add more if you like)
  • 2 kale leaves

Lemon-Celery-Carrot Juice

  • 4 pieces of carrots
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 4 kale leaves
  • 1 lemon

Cucumber Juice

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 lemon wedge

Papaya Juice

  • 1 papaya that peeled and seeds removed
  • ¼ inch of sliced and peeled fresh ginger
  • 1 lime wedge

Veggie Delight Juice

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Variety of greens like kale, spinach, water cress, collards
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 stalks of celery

Cherry-Grape Juice

  • 1 cup of cherries
  • 1 bunch of grapes
  • 1 lemon wedge with outer colored part removed

Please note that the juicing process should be based on the direction and instructions of the manufacturer.

It is reminded that undergoing these juice fasting recipes will help a lot in your detoxification process. The detox side effects associated with such program is still imminent like headache, fatigue, skin odor, and skin eruptions. These are temporary lasting only couple of days of up to 2 weeks. They are also signs that the healing process is taking place within your body.
