Juice Fasting Diet

Juice fasting diet is a short term but effective detox program that uses only vegetable and fruit juices. What many people experience from this program is a spike in their energy, speedy clearance of toxins, as well as effective and sustained weight lose.

Dinner (5 – 7pm)
You can create a vegetable broth after so much juice consumption throughout the day. However, if you intend to continue on vegetable juices, it is still possible.

Before bedtime
There should not be anymore consumption of food before retiring. Try drinking only water or herbal teas as substitute.
