There are many who do not understand how to juice fast the right way especially for those without experience and have unhealthy eating habits. How to juice fast effectively basically requires us experiencing a transitional program where we prepare a juice breakfast and then snack a low glycemic carbohydrates like vegetables and fruits preferably raw about 2 hours after breakfast. This is to keep us from the hungry feel around that time.

Through this method the intensity of a pure juice fast will be lesser and side effects will not be as intensely uncomfortable especially for the new and unhealthy eaters. In any case of juice fasting, we should continue to consume good amounts of water with at least 8 – 10 glasses a day.
How to juice fast also encompasses the art of breaking a juice fast. When breaking a juice fast,it requires some transitional techniques as well. Relatively, breaking a juice fasting is less tedious compared to water fasting. We can simply replace our meals with raw or cooked low glycemic carbohydrates like vegetables.
Using fruits that promotes god bowel movement is also essential and the types of fruits recommended are prunes, cherries, and grapes. Therefore, vegetables, fruits, and whole grains are good sources of food as we transit back to solid food eventually.
We should always chew thoroughly and maintain moderate amounts of food without overeating. Ensure that protein-based nuts and seeds are used before moving totally back into other sources of richer protein food.
