Easy Colon Cleanse
7 Days of Effective Cleansing

If you are having a busy schedule, then this 7-day easy colon cleanse program (formulated by Dr. Group) will be an attractive option than the 6-day colon cleanse. It is recommended for first time colon cleansing individuals and does not require making, mixing & drinking the "Colon Cleanse Drink". You will also make minimal changes to your daily diet especially not having to stick to raw fruit diet. So you can expect little changes to your lifestyle as well.


Supplies needed:

  1. 1 gallon of purified water or distilled water
  2. Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  3. 1 bottle of Oxy-Powder

Prepare your "Super Water" for the Easy Colon Cleanse

  1. Pour 1 gallon (128 ounces) of distilled or purified water into a glass container. Remove about 3 ounces for addition of other ingredients

  2. Add 3 tablespoons of raw non-pasteurized Organic Apple Cider Vinegar to the gallon of water

  3. Shake well. If you find the taste too strong for your liking, then you can consider reducing it to 2 tablespoons per gallon

Amount of "Super Water" to Drink

You should attempt to drink minimum half the quantity in ounces based on your body weight. Example: if you weigh 150 pounds, then you should drink about 75 ounces a day.

Even after completing this easy colon cleanse program, it is good to continue drinking it to consistently maintain your colon health.


Recommended Diet During the 7-Day Easy Colon Cleanse Program

Firstly, you should avoid the following as much as possible for effective cleansing results:

  • Coffee - Heavy in caffeine, volatile oils, & added calories from sugar, creamer, etc.

  • Milk - Dairy & soy milk can constipate and slow down the digestive process.

  • Alcohol - In both name and function, Alcohol is just poison for your body.

  • Bottled Juices - They contain very little actual juice, toxic preservatives and sugars.

  • Soft Drinks & Energy Drinks - Loaded with calories, refined sugar, chemical preservatives, or artificial sweeteners, these rank among the worst things you can put in your body.

You should eat about 5 small healthy meals per daily. They are breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, mid-afternoon snack, and dinner. This method of eating actually allows your body to regulate its metabolism and insulin release.

Some Food Combinations to Avoid in Your Meal When on Easy Colon Cleanse

Try avoiding starchy food with animal proteins (meat, eggs, and milk). This can lead to your body being overly acidic (we prefer our body to be alkaline). Starchy examples are bagels, beans, bread, corn, lentils, muffins, pasta, potatoes, tortillas, white rice, winter squash, and yams.

Avoid eating starchy food with acidic food together. For example, pasta or bread with fruits and/or fruit juices. This can stop the production of active saliva enzyme to digest starches effectively.

Avoid eating animal protein with acidic food in the same meal. For example, meat with fruits and/or fruit juices. The addition of citrus or other acids stops the secretion of the gastric juices necessary for protein digestion.

Avoid eating meat with cheese or milk together. If two different types of high proteins are eaten together, the amount of digestive secretions for each might stop the action of the other. In other words, your body cannot modify the digestive process to accommodate each food. When protein are not well digested, you are creating possible putrefaction and fermentation leading to toxins in your body.

Starting Your 7-Day Easy Colon Cleanse with Oxy-Powder

  1. Make sure your dinner is at least 3 hours before you retire to bed

  2. Try with 4 capsules of Oxy-Powder before going to bed. Drink it together with the "Super Water" (at least 8 oz of it)

  3. If you achieve 3 - 5 bowel movements the following day, then the 4 capsules are good enough for you to achieve effective oxygen colon cleanse

  4. However, if you do not have 3 - 5 bowel movements the following day, then it is suggested to increase another 2 more capsules to your last dosage until you achieve the intended 3 - 5 bowel movements.

  5. If you exceed 5 bowel movements per day, then you can reduce your dosage by 2 capsules.

  6. Should you not be able to reach 3 - 5 bowel movements after 3 days of dosage increase, it might be due to your low hydrochloric acid levels. Then we suggest that you add ˝ of an organic lemon wedge into 8 ounces of purified water. This will help activate further the release of oxygen in the Oxy-Powder.

  7. Once you have determined and settled at the right dosage, continue it throughout until the 7th day.


Maintenance Dosage after Easy Colon Cleanse

It is recommended to regular cleanse your colon at least twice a week. As per the dosage that you consumed earlier to achieve the 3 - 5 bowel movements, keep the same dosage for your maintenance stage. Oxy-Powder does not lead to habit forming, resistance, or even harm to your body. It is continues to supply your entire body with the necessary oxygen and helps to improve the natural colon cleanse process.
