Breakfast:
At least 1 fresh fruit: apple, pear, banana, and citrus fruit
About 30 minutes later, one bowl of whole grains like brown rice, amaranth, and quinoa. Otherwise you can consider raw oats, instead of instant oats since it contains gluten, which should be slowly cooked and you can add fruits to spice up the taste.
Lunch:
