Easy and Effective
Colon Cleansing Program

Let me introduce you a simple and easy colon cleansing program that can be performed over a period of about 7-days. But in actual fact, this process will not effectively cleanse and heal the colon within such a short time. It would actually require at least 6 months or more with consistent repetition to achieve the desired results.


Breakfast:

Cleansing Fiber Shake: psyllium and bentonite with 8 ounce of water.

One hour later: Beet Juice Mix

  • 5 carrots, removing the green tops and ends trimmed
  • 1 small beet with green top removed
  • 1 organic cucumber peeled
  • 2 celery stalks with ends trimmed
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 2 inch ginger root, peeled
  • Have all the above ingredients blended using a good juicer
  • Drink as soon as possible for maximum absorption of nutrition

    Simultaneously consume calcium-magnesium supplement, vitamin C (ascorbate acid), digestive enzymes

    Half hour later: Cooked whole grain cereal mixed with almond milk

    Mid-morning snack:

    Cleansing fiber shake

    Drink herbal colon cleanse supplements: Dr Natura together with digestive enzymes with 1 cup of flaxseed

    Lunch:

    Garden salad with flax oil dressing or olive oil dressing
    Home-made vegetarian soup

    Mid-afternoon snack:

    Cleansing fiber shake

    One hour later, drink fresh vegetable juice mix like parsley, spinach, cucumber, celery, and carrot

    Drink herbal colon cleanse supplements: Dr Natura with digestive enzymes

    Dinner:

    Garden salad with steamed vegetables with brown rice or quinoa

    Drink herbal tea after dinner

    Before retiring:

    Drink herbal tea such as chamomile or peppermint together with calcium-magnesium supplement


    It is important to retire early around 9.30pm to 10pm. This is the time where your body can rest the best and rejuvenate from the hard work of cleansing. In addition, consistent consumption of at least eight 8-ounces of purified water is necessary during a colon cleansing program to maintain effective purging of the toxins.
